Just in time for the holiday season, I am rolling back the Astig Vegan Facebook Live “Chikahan.” I will be holding more live cooking demos as well as answering people’s questions on the spot. I think the beauty of the live stream is that I get to interact with you instantly. I do have to caution you, though, that I plan to have the segment mostly in Tagalog. I want to reach out and encourage those born and raised in the Philippines to trying the vegan Filipino lifestyle. But if you don’t speak a lick of Tagalog, don’t worry, I am also planning another segment on Instagram Live that would be all in English. I hope you stay tuned for that too.
As for the Facebook Tagalog “Chikahan” (“Chat” in English), I will hold one on Sunday, Nov. 15, at 10 am, Manila time. In California, that would be Saturday, Nov. 14, at 6 pm. The same schedule will apply for future episodes to make it easy for people to remember. But in case you might still miss it, I will download the recorded version and upload it on my YouTube. In fact, the previous episodes are already up there, so feel free to browse.
